For the first time after 40 years, Uruguay succeeded to qualify for the World Cup quarterfinals. Namely, in today’s Round of 16 match Uruguay beat South Korea's team with 2-1 score.
Uruguay was the favorite to win this match, and the final result showed that that this was correct.
